Salads are an important part of any bbq or food gathering. This is the first of the potato salads we will be cooking and it was really really great. I think I saw some people eating straight from the both when I served this.
It’s also very easy to manage. You’ll need the below ingredients:

potato
french dressing
salt
ground white pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
Celery
red onion
eggs
red bell pepper
sweet pickles
mayonnaise
sour cream
Step 1 – Boil the Potatoes, drain and cut into 1/2 cubes


Step 2 – Combine the dressing, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder in the dish and mix well.
Step 3 – Add the above mixture of spices to the potatoes (careful not to break them)
Step 4 – Marinate the Potatoes for about 1 hour.
Step 5 – Add the celery, boiled eggs, red pepper and pickles.


Step 6 – Add the mayonnaise and sour cream stirring everything evenly and carefully.
Step 7 – Server and be happy.
