Quick Billy’s Chile Wings

This was such a fun recipe to make, because it was on a the grill over a hot wooden flame.
To add to the simplicity of the recipe I was surround by great friends and on top of that we got a few surprise visits from some animals, check it out below.

Manhattan BBQ Wings

This is the first recipe I’ve made that has packed a good chilli punch. This means it was AWESOME.
My excitement started when I saw the sauce getting sticky and wings going crispy, as it turns out at the time of writing these wings are the top rated, to find out how they taste check out the video below.

Remember if you not a huge fan of hot food, you can always reduce the amount of chilli or cayenne pepper…
