This is a beautiful dip that has a lovely creaminess to it but packs the kick of those beautiful fresh Jalapenos.
Here are all the ingredients for this easy dip:
sour cream
mayonnaise
garlic
jalapeno pepper
ground cumin
onion powder
salt
black pepper
The best part about it is that there is only 1 step.

This is a lovely dip that will help calm down any hot wing and has a beautiful creamy flavour. Lisa from the today show lapped it up with her hands (see here)
I still find it funny that no one really understands what I am saying when I say Ranch sauce I wander if it’s my accent.

Ingredients:
sun dried tomato
mayonnaise
sour cream
shallots
dried parsley
dried dill
garlic
It’s very easy to make, simply blitz the tomato’s and add them to the rest of the ingredients and serve.
Honestly it’s that simple.
Play around with ingredients you can really use anything that is nice and fresh in flavour.
If like me you love chicken wings then I’m guessing you love a great dip on the side, I know I do.
To be honest I’m normally the kind of guy that will settle for some pre-bottle hot sauce and mayo. Don’t get me wrong I love the latter but I’m very excited that part of the Wings Across America cook book has loads of dips in it.
My first dip was pretty simple it had the following ingredients:
Apricot jam
Mustard
Apple cider vinegar
Grated horseradish
sugar
Onion powder
Hot sauce
No crazy skills need for this one, simply throw everything into a saucepan over a medium heat and cook until the sugar has dissolved (DO NOT BOIL)
I tried the dip with Born on the Bayou wings and Adirondack Maple Wings .
The dip is great, it has a sweet mustard kick. It is definitely best suited to a spicy wing for maximum satisfaction
